We're not staffing up to look impressive. When we hire, it's because someone specific is going to make the platform meaningfully better — and you're going to like the rhythm.
How we work
Every product decision starts with: does this make studying easier for someone in their second year of engineering? If the answer is no, we don't ship it.
We'd rather ship one thing that feels considered than five that feel rushed. The platform is supposed to feel like a study tool, not a feed.
Async-first, low-meeting, written-by-default. We document decisions so you don't have to ask the same question twice.
Open roles
We post roles when one specific gap is blocking real work — not as a general talent funnel. The last role we hired for went up for nine days, got 41 applications, and the right person started three weeks later.
If something opens, it'll show up here first and on our blog second. No surprise listings on third-party boards.
